This Privacy Policy describes what information WMS Gaming Inc. whose registered address is 800 South Northpoint Boulevard, Waukegan, Illinois 60085, and all entities controlling, controlled by, or under common control with WMS Gaming Inc. (collectively “WMS” or “we” or “us”) may collect at or through the Player’s Life® website at www.playerslife.com and the Play4Fun Network applications embedded in third-party casino web sites (collectively, the “Site”), and how we will store, protect, and use your Personal Information, if we collect any. This Privacy Policy only covers information collected at the Site and, unless specifically otherwise stated, does not cover any information collected offline, at any other web site, or elsewhere by WMS or any other company. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. In addition, please review the Site’s Terms of Use Agreement, Code of Conduct and Copyright Policy, which also govern your use of the Site. Consent to Transfer

If you reside outside of the United States of America, please note that the Personal Information we collect from you will be transferred to and stored in the United States of America, whose laws may not provide the same level of protection as those of the country in which you reside. It may also be processed in the United States of America or elsewhere by WMS or a third party engaged by WMS to perform functions on its behalf. By submitting your Personal Information, you agree to such transfer, storing and processing. WMS will take reasonable steps to ensure that your Personal Information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Information You Submit

“Personal Information” means any information that may be used to identify a specific individual, including but not limited to, a first and last name, an email address, home or other physical address, date of birth, phone number, or other contact information, whether at work or at home. In general, you may use the entire Site without giving us any of your Personal Information. We may give you opportunities at the Site to provide Personal Information about yourself, but you are not required to take advantage of such opportunities in order to use the Site.

We may also collect certain demographic information (such as gender) and information about your interests and preferences (“Preferences Information”) which you choose to provide. If we link any demographic or Preferences Information to any Personal Information, then such demographic information and Preferences Information, while remaining linked, will be treated as Personal Information under this Privacy Policy.

Non-Personal Information, Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

When you visit the Site, we may automatically collect and store certain usage information from you and your computer such as Internet domain and host names; Internet protocol (IP) addresses; browser software and operating system types; clickstream patterns (how many visitors visit a specific page on the Site; how long they stay on that page; which hyperlinks visitors “click on;” etc.); and dates and times that our Site is accessed. We may collect this information through the use of “cookies” (small pieces of data we store on your computer or mobile device for extended periods), “web beacons” (small graphic images on the Site that allow us to monitor and collect information about Site visitors), or similar tracking technologies as they become available (collectively “Tracking Technologies”).

We may use the information collected with Tracking Technologies to determine which areas of the Site are most popular, to make the Site easier for visitors to use, and to enhance and maintain the Site for visitors. Third-Party Web Sites

The Play4Fun Network applications are embedded in third-party web sites, and the playerslife.com site may also contain links to third-party web sites. We cannot ensure the protection of any information that a third-party site collects or that you provide to a third-party web site, since these third-party web sites are owned and operated independently of WMS. Any information collected by these third parties is not governed by this Privacy Policy but by the third-party web sites’ respective privacy policies, if any. WMS assumes no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the practices, actions or policies of such third parties.

How We Use and Share Information

If you share Personal Information through a Play4Fun Network application embedded in a third-party web site, WMS may disclose your Information, including Personal Information, to the owners and operators of such third-party web site, for use by such third party for marketing and other general business purposes.

We, and third-party service providers we appoint, may also use your Personal Information to:

Third parties may have access to the Site's user information, including Personal Information, in order to perform these functions on our behalf. We take steps to ensure that our arrangements with third-party service providers and online vendors protect your privacy.

If you choose to enter a contest or other promotion through the Site, your Personal Information may be disclosed to third parties in connection with the administration of the promotion, including, without limitation, in connection with winner selection, prize fulfillment and as required by law. Also, by entering a promotion, you are agreeing to the official rules that govern that promotion, which may contain specific requirements of you, including, except where prohibited by law, allowing the sponsor(s) of the promotion to use your name, voice or likeness in advertising or marketing without additional compensation and in connection with publishing of winner lists.

WMS may also transfer and disclose information about its users, including Personal Information, and may use IP addresses to identify users: (1) in cooperation with internet service providers, law enforcement agencies and regulators when required to do so or when WMS in good faith believes that such action is necessary to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation or to protect and defend the rights, interests, or property of WMS, its affiliates, or any of their officers, directors or employees, agents, third party content providers, suppliers, sponsors, or licensors or to protect the personal safety of users of the Site or the public, (2) at the request of regulators or governmental authorities conducting an investigation, or (3) to verify or enforce compliance with the policies governing the Site and applicable laws and WMS’ licenses.

Additionally, if all or substantially all the assets of WMS or any of its subsidiaries or related companies are acquired, or if the company otherwise engages in a fundamental corporate change, Personal Information collected by WMS would be one of the transferred or disclosed assets.

Updating Your Information and Choices

At your My Profile page on the playerslife.com web site, you can opt to close your account and stop all future collection and sharing of your Personal Information through the Site. If you exercise this option, all of your Personal Information will be removed from the Site within ten (10) business days with the exception of any Personal Information you voluntarily added to any public venue on the Site such as the body of forum, blog, and review postings (which we highly discourage), and will no longer be used by WMS for any purpose. Please be aware, however, that by closing your account, you may no longer be able to access certain features and functionalities on the Site.

You can change most of your Personal Information details by logging on to the playerslife.com web site and editing them in the My Profile page. In certain circumstances, you may need to contact our customer service team at support@playerslife.com in order to change your Personal Information or preferences. In any event our customer service team will be pleased to advise you on how to do this.

Posts on Message Boards or Community Features

If you use our message board or other public venues, you will be identified on those venues on the Site by the user name you submit. Please be aware that the user name you choose to provide will be viewable by all users of our message boards or other public venues, so please use caution when choosing your user name or providing any profile information. Information that you provide on message boards or other similar venues may also be viewable by the general Internet public. We cannot be responsible for any Personal Information you choose to post on public venues and we recommend careful consideration before you post such information. You agree that you will not disclose Personal Information relating to any other person in a public area of the Site without that person’s express consent.

Security

WMS intends to take reasonable and appropriate steps to protect Personal Information that you share with us from unauthorized access or disclosure. When you transmit Personal Information from your PC or mobile device to our servers, your information is protected by both a “firewall” (a combination of computer hardware and software that helps keep unauthorized visitors from accessing information within our computer network) and industry standard SSL (secure socket layer) encryption. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your Personal Information as detailed in this Privacy Policy, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you disclose or transmit to us online and cannot be responsible for the theft, destruction, or inadvertent disclosure of your Personal Information.

Protection of Children

The Site and Services are not intended for or directed at persons under legal casino gambling age (18 or 21 in the vast majority of jurisdictions), and regardless of legal casino gambling age, are never intended for or directed at persons under the age of sixteen (16). Any person who provides information to us through the Site represents that he/she is of legal casino gambling age in the jurisdiction where he/she is using and/or registering to use the Services, and is at least sixteen (16) years of age or older. If we become aware that a person is under legal casino gambling age in the jurisdiction where such person uses and/or registers to use the Services, or such person is under the age of sixteen (16), we will take steps to remove all information submitted by such person through the Site, revoke such person’s status as a Registered User, and block such person’s access to the Site.

Acceptance and Privacy Policy Changes

By using and/or registering to use any aspect of the Site, you accept our privacy practices as outlined in this Privacy Policy. WMS reserves the right to modify, alter or otherwise update this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you of any material changes to this Privacy Policy by posting a notice on the homepage of the Site for a reasonable period of time after such changes are made that this Privacy Policy has been updated, and by changing the “Last Revised” date at the top of this Privacy Policy. We recommend that you revisit this Privacy Policy regularly. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean you accept those changes.

THE SITE OPERATES ‘AS-IS’ WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WMS SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR EVENTS BEYOND ITS DIRECT CONTROL, AND DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT ITS PRACTICES WITH RESPECT TO THE COLLECTION, STORAGE AND USE OF INFORMATION, INCLUDING PERSONAL INFORMATION, WILL BE ERROR FREE AND THEREFORE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RELATING TO THE SECURITY, USE, OR RELEASE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION.

Miscellaneous

This Privacy Policy and the privacy practices of WMS will be subject exclusively to the laws of the State of Illinois within the United States. WMS makes no representation that this Privacy Policy and our practices comply with the laws of any other country or jurisdiction. Visitors who use the Site and reside outside the United States do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
