Registration

Registration is entirely free. Create an account by clicking on the Join Now tab.

What information do I need to create a Player’s Life® web services account?

If you are creating a brand new account, all you need to do is: create a username, choose a password, answer a password security question and agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy and Code of Conduct . That’s it!

If you have already created a username and password in the casino, all you need is to answer a password security question and agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy and Code of Conduct .

Can I change my username later?

Once an account is created, the username cannot be changed - so choose carefully. If you decide to close your account, the username associated with it cannot be used again. For your identity protection, it remains locked forever.

Can I register more than once?

You can only register one username with one password security question. There are no benefits to registering multiple times. We encourage you to only register once so all your player content (such as Trophies) remains under one account (username).

I created a username at the casino. Do I still need to register online?

In order to access certain features and functionalities on playerslife.com, you must complete your registration online.

Sign In Issues

Important notice about sign in

Starting May 10, 2011 we are changing our sign in process. We no longer require you to enter your email to sign in to Player’s Life on the web. In fact, to ensure your privacy, we have removed your email from our system completely. From now on, please use your Player’s Life username and password to sign in.

I forgot my username.

If you have forgotten your username, we have no way of identifying your Player’s Life web services account in our database, and you will have to create a new account.

I forgot or need to reset my password.

If you registered your Player’s Life web services account online, Forgot Password? in the top right corner and follow the instructions.

If you have not registered your Player’s Life web services account online, and have not chosen your password security question/answer yet, then email customer service at support@playerslife.com. They will help you reset your password.

Why do I need a password security question?

We will use the password security question and answer to help you reset your password should you ever forget it. Your answer to the password security question is how we will verify that you are who you say you are. It provides an extra layer of security to help prevent anyone from accessing your account.

I recently registered, but now I get an error when I try to log in online.

Check to make sure your username and password is correct. Otherwise, email customer service at support@playerslife.com.

Mini-Games

Mini-games available on playerslife.com are casual games created exclusively for Player's Life web services members. These games are only “for fun”– you cannot win money - but they will help you unlock either slot game bonuses or downloadable content.

What are mini-games?

Mini-games are different from slot machine games. They are free games you can play here at playerslife.com for fun. There are 2 kinds of mini-games, mini-games that unlock in-casino bonuses and mini-games that unlock downloadable content.

Can I win money on playerslife.com by playing mini-games?

No, you cannot win money on playerslife.com. Player's Life™ web services are designed to enhance your in-casino game play by unlocking slot features outside the walls of the casino. The mini-games you can play online are only for fun - you cannot win any money playing them.

Do I need any special software to play mini-games?

Make sure you have the latest version of Adobe® Flash® Player installed and have a fast Internet connection for smooth game play.

Which mini-games support unlocking in-casino slot game bonuses?

Currently, only THE LORD OF THE RINGS™ themed mini-games support this feature. There are many more Player’s Life web services enabled slot games coming soon which will bring new mini-games that can unlock in-casino bonuses , including THE LORD OF THE RINGS – THE TWO TOWERS™ game.

What does it mean to unlock THE LORD OF THE RINGS™ bonuses?

It means you can unlock new bonus rounds on playerslife.com that you can then play on THE LORD OF THE RINGS slot machine next time you visit the casino. For example, playing one of the eligible THE LORD OF THE RINGS mini-games will add miles to your account for a particular bonus until you reach that bonus on the map in the slot machine. Unlocking in-casino slot game bonuses by using playerslife.com has no effect on your chances of winning in-casino.

How do mini-games affect the way I play THE LORD OF THE RINGS™ slot game?

Each of the online mini-games is “linked” to one of the in-casino bonuses in THE LORD OF THE RINGS game. For these in-casino bonuses to be unlocked, you first need to earn a certain number of miles on the eligible mini-game. Playing a mini-game for a particular bonus helps you earn miles faster (and for free) to unlock that bonus in THE LORD OF THE RINGS slot game. Start by earning 10 miles playing Gandalf’s Rockets to unlock The Prancing Pony bonus. After you log in and play THE LORD OF THE RINGS game in the casino, the next mini-game becomes available to you on playerslife.com.

Which mini-games support unlocking downloadable content?

Currently, only the Attack From Mars™/Revenge From Mars™ themed mini-games support this feature. There will be more Player’s Life web services enabled slot games in the future, which will bring new mini-games that unlock new downloadable content.

What does it mean to unlock downloadable content by playing mini-games?

It means that if you have a Player’s Life web services account, you can unlock free digital content on playerslife.com by playing the Attack from Mars / Revenge from Mars slot game in the casino and then by logging in to playerslife.com to play the Humans vs. Martians mini-game. By logging in, you will unlock the final chapter for the Humans vs. Martians mini-game on playerslife.com. Once you have played this final chapter in the Humans vs. Martians series, you will unlock a free Attack From Mars/Revenge From Mars themed screensaver for your computer.

Also, winning Trophies by playing the Attack From Mars/Revenge From Mars slot game will unlock more downloadable content on playerslife.com. When you have won all 3 Trophies for a particular in-game bonus, you unlock new digital content on playerslife.com. Win all 12 Attack From Mars/Revenge From Mars Trophies and you will unlock a ringtone on playerslife.com. Go to the My Profile tab and click My Achievements for a list of all available Attack From Mars/Revenge From Mars downloadable content and criteria for earning them.

How do mini-games affect the way I play the Attack From Mars™/Revenge From Mars™ slot game?

In this case, it’s the other way around – by logging in and playing the Attack from Mars / Revenge from Mars game in the casino, the third mini-game chapter becomes available to you on playerslife.com and you also have the opportunity to win Trophies.

Downloadable Content

Unlock downloadable content on playerslife.com by playing Attack From Mars™ / Revenge From Mars™ game in the casino.

What is downloadable content?

Downloadable content includes images from the game (JPG) and music from the game (MP3). You can use the images as wallpaper on your computer, and use the music as a ringtone for your cell phone.

Which slot games support unlocking downloadable content?

Currently, only Attack From Mars™/Revenge From Mars™ slot game supports unlocking downloadable content. There will be more Player’s Life™ enabled slot games in the future, which will unlock new downloadable content.

How do I unlock downloadable content?

Earn specific trophies by playing the game in the casino, to unlock the downloadable content. Then come back to playerslife.com to download it to your computer.

How do I set my wallpaper to my Windows Desktop?

Click on the Control Panel in the Start Menu. In the Control Panel, click Display, and then click the Desktop tab at the top of the Display Properties window. Click the Browse button and navigate to the downloaded file. Once you’ve selected the file, click Apply and you’re all set!

How do I set my wallpaper to my Mac Desktop?

Drag the wallpaper image you downloaded to your computer to the Pictures folder. Click on System Preferences in your Applications folder. Click on the Desktop & Screen Saver icon. Select Pictures Folder from the list. Images will be shown on the right. Select the game image you just downloaded.

How do I set the ringtone I just downloaded as the ringtone on my cell phone?

There are a large variety of cell phone models in the market. Many of them operate differently, and there is not one set of instructions that will work for all models.

Instead, after you download the ringtone (MP3 file), here are some suggestions for how to transfer the file to your cell phone and set it as the ringtone:

1: Consult your phone’s user manual. There is probably a section about ringtones.

2: Visit the manufacturer’s website (e.g. Apple, LG, Samsung, etc.) They often have additional instructions for how to operate your phone, including set ringtones.

3: Search for instructions/help specifically for your cell phone model. For example, go to Google and search for “set mp3 file as ringtone”. Many useful links will show up.

4: Ask that tech-savvy friend to help you!

What are Trophies?

Again, Player's Life web services Trophies have no monetary value.

Which slot games award Trophies?

Does playing at the casino affect my Player's Life™ online account?

Yes. If you earn any Trophies while logged into a Player's Life slot machine (such as The Lord of the Rings™ game), the Trophies will appear in your profile when you return to your computer and log in to playerslife.com.

Do my Trophies ever expire?
