The game is getting harder to find in AC ... Ceasars pulled it's two games. Taj has 3, however 1 of the 3 has had a busted sound system for over 2 months. If I can't hear Salron, what's the point?!?

Maintenance can be an issue on these machines. They see a lot of wear and tear ... and frankly, get abused. I agree, the game is best played with nice clear sound. It starts with informating the casino techs of a maintenance issue. Of course, you can't force the casino to do something about it.

shamus---the casino that i frequent(river city in stl) pulled their lord of the rings slot machines due to some conflict between the manufacturer and the casino--- in fact i believe that they have been pulled out of all stl/mussouri casinos. do you know anything about this, and do you know if the machines will be placed back???

Unfortunately, I don't have any special insight into that matter. Was your source reliable? Sometimes there are agreements between manufacturers and casino owners ... such as Harrahs, MGM, Station, Boyd, etc. Typically ... it would not impact an entire geography, so I would take the information with a grain of salt.

That said -- every state has their own rules ... but from my experience, once a game met all of the strict standards, games do not usually get recalled.

Two Towers is a premium game ... by game standards, it has been on the floor for a significant amount of time. Some casinos may decide that it is not generating the revenue they expect for the amount it costs. There are plenty of exciting new WMS games waiting in the wings -- and I'm talking about "Clue" and "Super Team". Of course, if you love the game, that is a small consolation. Look at the bright side ... the next Lord of the Rings games is in development now. I can't wait to see what KirkKirk comes up with next!!

Well, Riverside Casino and Golf Resort in Iowa pulled their Lord of The Rings Two Towers games this week. Seems like a strange decision since this game was very popular (hard to get a seat during peak hours). I played other games for awhile last night, but really had no fun at all!! My trips to the casino will be very limited until they get something decent to replace LOTR.

I like the old game much much better. It doesn't pay nearly as much! Thats at two casinos. Red Hawk casino , Shingle springs CA and Thundervalley Casino in Lincoln, CA

Hi, I am new to this game but I LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!! However I'm not clear on a few things. The casino near me only has The Two Towers machine, and I have unlocked almost all of the bonuses for it, how do I play the regular Lord of the Rings bonuses?? The mini games online only unlock the Two Towers...is there a way to unlock the others?
