Played LOTR for 6 hours at San Manuel the other day. Walked out $550 richer. Made it to Balarog bonus and kicked butt on those. Won about $230 twice.

Just got back from Vegas Wednesday. MGM properties still does not have Two Towers yet. Only found it in Harrah's properties on the strip. Anyone know when MGM properties will update? Love Two Towers...

Hi tiggy:

Not sure. Harrah's seemed to have an exclusive on the original for several months. I wouldn't be surprised if a similar arrangement has been made. I don't know for sure.

Hi Shamus, Just thought I would pop in and let you know about my latest adventures with LOTR TT. I made it to the Balrog with the mini-games a week or so ago and since we had another offer from Seminole Brighton, my DH and I decided to make the trip Saturday. As an aside I received $50 in Free play and $10 food comps and DH received $10 in Free Play and $10 for food. He wanted to ask the casino to give him some of my $50 comp. LOL, I told him it didn't work that way and I would give him $20. He is a riot as he has plenty of money but doesn't want to use his money on my hobby. And he played on the free play for 4 hours and brought the $10 home. AMAZING! I played LOTR TT as soon as we arrived and had a go at Galadriel's Stairway. It was pretty cool and I won $65 so I am not complaining. I had made up my mind to play Gandalf's Fireworks because it was the top bonus payout but it was my usual result of %5.00. I will try again. And guess what, I played Sex in the City again and won $410 on one machine and $282 on the other. I pocketed those tickets and brought home more than I came with. This is our 3rd trip to Brighton and 3rd time SITC has been good to me. Thankfully, I know enough to leave the machine when I get the bonuses.

And lastly, we arrived home @ 6pm and I played the Hobbits mini puzzles for several hours and now I have 160 miles and I am @ Uruk-Hai Battle. Guess we will be heading south again so I can reach another milestone and play the last mini-game.

For Tiggy's question re: LOTR TT on the strip besides the Caesars Ent. properties? don't know, but most of the Station Casinos properties do have it.. the closest to the strip would be Palace Station.. about a mile up Sahara from Las Vegas Boulevard. Even though a locals casino for the most part, a visitor to town would find a lot of games there both old and new; nothing to write home about looks wise or food wise, but a solid gamble overall.

Played March of the Ents and finally got a boulder to the top of Saruman's Tower and the bonus payed about $45 (tower is worth $30). I had trouble when finishing Smeagol/Gollum bonus. I had just picked a fish with a Tree power spin and the machine lit up with a "Call Attendant" sign. When I signed back in on another LOTR there was no power spin.

I'm excited to find a LOTR TT because I just made it past the ring this weekend. I tried using the locator map, but was not thrilled with the casinos it listed. Then I noticed a player at 12/100 BWBB for Helm's Deep earned the spot at a casino not on the map ... a nice casino, to boot /site_media/images/emoticons/big grin

So, should I ignore the map results and just assume LOTR TT is at that casino because of that BWBB leaderboard?

Perhaps call the casino and ask if they have the LOTR TT?

Today, Tuesday, August 9, 2011, the Lord of the Rings: Two Towers machine replaced the original 4-LOTR machines at the Gold Coast Casino in Las Vegas. The new machines went online at about 11:00 AM Pacific Time. I was the first one to play. Sadly, it was a forgetable experience for me, but everything worked fine.
