It looks like Videopappy has done much better than I have at these games, and I think he's a day ahead of me visiting the casinos. I did see Cougarlicious at Sugarhouse....and I kept walking. Why do we need this theme as a slot? The machine was unoccupied by the way.

I'm not 100% convinced it is all a problem with the theme. I get funny, and campy -- but I don't get how a screen full of what is usually a premium symbol, results in low payouts. There are other games that use this same math, and they suffer from the same issues. At the end of the day, I'm sure this game pays out similarly to other machines of a similar denom -- however, I wonder if players are turned off by the way it pays out?

Hi Shamus, Don't stop by near as much as I would like to. Just to touch on some comments about the games I played. I intensely dislike Cougarlicous. The payoffs are awful on this game and the sound effects are terrible. I also hit 2 bonus rounds and won only $20 bucks on each. I played the game as a favor for some subscribers but won't play it again. Gold bug is one of a variety of take'em or leave'em games for me. When the feeling hits me I give it a shot but never for long. Now the Monopoly Big Board game was great. Lots of playtime for me and left the game a winner. I hit a few bonuses that I will put up later, nothing great but a nice sample of the bonuses. I played this in Borgata and it drained a hundred at 1.20 quicker then anything. Was not good there at all. Dragon's Fire is one of my favorite games by far. I cannot pass this game at all and it is usually in a bank of Buffalo Spirit, which I also enjoy, and Wild Woman or something. I love the theme music in Dragon's Fire and have not grown tired of it at all and I play this game often. Going down to AC this weekend I think and looking for some new games in any casino. Going to give LOTR another shot soon.

Seems to be a consensus of dislike for Cougarlicious. Add me to that list. And you can put Sex and the City in there as well!! I played the Cougar once, and hated it. I did try Sex a few times, but it just didn't have a climax!!!

Agreed. While I rarely play Bally games, I thought GOLD BUG was decent enough. It hasn't really been calling my name to play it more.

You captured some nice video. It gave a lot of players a great idea of how a real game really worked. You can hear the lady beside you apologizing to the group for a poor throw. It has a little of that "CRAPS" dynamic. Very clever.

re: Dragon's Fire. Buffalo Spirit (G+ Deluxe)

I like them to. I especially like the replicating symbols. It's so cool when it starts replicating WILDS. I only had it a few times -- and the potential for major wins is all right there!

Good luck in AC. The Harrah's properties have the new REEL BOOST games ... although Nyphinix could not get a big hit ... it's only a matter of time.

Another day ... another collection of slot hits!

Great Eagle II (WMS) - Here is a nice line hit from Nyphinix13. Definitely classify me as a fan of this 5x4 series.

Jackpot Party (WMS) - No kidding? Some casinos still have the old WMS reel version. This was all quarters when I played ... but apparently some 5-cent versions exist. A nice little LINE HIT from the GAMBLIN GUNNER (Jackpot 7's was the highest symbol -- and it paid 1000 credits on the 5th payline -- however, it was a pretty easy symbol to hit)!

Ultimate X Poker (IGT) - The college educated "Preston" corrects his father (The Gamblin Gunner - DJPA27) that the nickel hit royal flush is NOT $12,000. Regardless, it is a nice hit!

Alien vs Predator (IGT) - A little slot violence helps to bond father and son.

Jackpot Block Party (WMS) - A nice little 50x line hit. I have some "quality time" scheduled with this machine on my next casino visit.
