hello i have a question- i just love this game- but watching the demo video it shows on the bonus round- a 2x or a 10 x bonus at the end. On the slots i have played it is a 2x or a 5x i have never ever seen the 10x? Also zillions of times when the respin comes up- i have come up with no figures at all Does anyone else have this happen? I did see Glinda one time at the very end and she have me 100.00 extra- that was quite exciting-people were shocked around me as they had never seen her come and help out!!!

Hi dunstan:

If you search back in this message thread, you can likely find the answer to your questions.

This was from Garoblows: " ... i have hit it 3 times so far and all three times the multiplier landed on five , but then suddenly glinda shows up out of nowhere and pops it up to times 10. it is very rare but it does happen".

hi shamus and dunstan

i have to admit i have spent a ton of hours on this game, and i think its safe to say i have seen pretty much everything you can hit on it, be careful though dunstan most of the time this game will eat you up and spit you out before you have the time to say what just happened./site_media/images/emoticons/confused

I have a question.

On the Ruby Slippers Bonus Trigger, how is the chance for the multiplier determined? Is the chance for 2x, 5x, or 10x multiplier on a seperate random number generator?

Hi Chrysaor:

I'm not sure if the random number generator is separate ... because it doesn't really matter. I don't have a lot of Ruby Slipper experience ...so, someone might need to correct me.

It seems like the most common outcome is no multiplier. However, when you win a multiplier, it is a selection between 2x and 5x. It seems like 2x is the most common outcome. It is also possible, as you suggest to be awarded a second multiplier. This is even more rare -- but it brings the multiplier up to 10x. That seems to be the top multiplier.

This is one volatile game -- and as we have seen over-and-over again ... this game can pay.

I was thinking perhaps two random events, one to trigger the bonus and then one that triggers the multiplier could be more beneficial for a really big payoff. To put it a different way, does the machine look at how much you will win when the bonus triggers and then determine based on that win amount whether or not to give you a multiplier or is the multiplier determination made, based on a separate random number generator that is completely independent of the amount won on the initial bonus trigger.

I thought the Win Warp feature on the Star Trek Machines had two triggers, one being the spin of the reals and the other determining if the Win Warp would trigger. I thought perhaps the Ruby Slipper game might work the same way.

Either way, Ruby Slippers is a really fun game, probably the best one WMS has made. I wish they would create more games like this one or come out with another sequel.

Hi Chrysaor:

It is, no doubt, one of their most popular games. Aside from the TRANSMISSIVE REELS versions, there was the GREAT AND POWERFUL OZ ... and now, JOURNEY TO OZ. I would say that JOURNEY TO OZ is a lot of fun to play!

Regarding the multipliers ... it would be completely random and separate from the amount you have won. Slot machines do not typically award multipliers etc based on the size of your win. That's why you often see good multipliers on rotton wins as well. It's all just chance!

Excuse me shammy. But you are wrong. There is no possibility for a second multiplier. It's 2 5 10 or nothing. Get it together!

Hi BT:

I must admit ... I have not gotten the 10x myself -- however ... I was almost positive that I have seen people get more than one multiplier to make the 10x -- I didn't realize it was awarded all in one shot. You would know better than me.

Hey ... what are you playing these days? I'd love to get some of those nice BTVEND hits up! /site_media/images/emoticons/smile

Nope, you're wrong. Video below shows the multiplier hits 2x. Glinda then shows up and turns it into 10x. Kthxbai.

Hi Klin:

Thanks for that video ... this is what I have seen before. I interpreted this was the player getting 0,2x,5x -- or both 2x and 5x (10x).

That's the first time I've ever seen a 10x multiplier. Did not know it even existed! Thanks for the video.
