Trip report ahead: Got back from Reno/Tahoe this afternoon. Checked out seven of the large casinos, and spent a whole lot of BR. So....finally won a CLUE game, Yippee!!! (over $400 on that one time; bought the game, because it was all done except for the rooms. I was pushing about $120, so that I would be sure to get the magnifying glass each time.) no vid, but I took a px. of the ticket. I got back home, and naturally went straight to my locals. Found that at TV, they had just installed the Michael Jackson game; I am still trying it out, but I have to say that I have NEVER seen such great video; especially the way they have integrated MJ's dance into the bonus where he kicks, & throws out wilds. The game is worth playing just to see those great graphics. Someone had the touch of an artist with this one. (and I should know: being an art historian by training). If it is not at a casino near you, check out the YouTube examples, they show this action with the graphics, too.

On the whole, I had a good time, and it was nice to get out of town. Didn't win much, except that Clue game, but had a good meander through all the casinos, looking for new games. Found some, played them; One I did not find, though, was Aladdin, sigh. One other to wait for.

If all goes as planned and the weather agrees, I have planned on visiting a few places each day in NJ, CT, RI, and PA including at least 6 casinos, the ocean/beach, a few mansions, a brewery, an amusement park, an old coal mine, a crystal cave, a museum, and an old "haunted" prison. I am impulsive, so I might deviate from my plans. The brewery alone might derail me from my other plans! If I am still functioning at the end of the week, I might even take a trip into NYC!

dad: I went to about eight different casinos (hadn't been to grand Sierra before) and I was looking for several specific new games: aladdin, Super team, and Michael Jackson; only found Super Team (at atlantis); they had a number of other games I had not seen before; I have noticed over the years, that Atlantis usually has the widest variety of new games, but TV still has the most competitive style. I did get a Clue win, but it was late at night, and there were only a couple of room choices left to try, so it was not because of my brilliant guesses. Anyway, I did not find many new games at all, but had a good time being out of town for a change. Have a great time, and let us know all about it when you get back!!! Especially if you find Aladdin!
