Hi Shamus, I received a very quick reply from the WmS support team. You were right. They can see that I earned 5 hero points etc. Don't know if I will see this when I play in AC in a few weeks. Although they said i was good to go. ll have my fingers crossed. Thanks so much for your help. Louise

No problem. The folks who have had ongoing issues are are in the minority. It is usually a little more complex.

Was at Red Rock (LV) today and played Super Team for the 3rd time now; and for the 3rd time the game sucked the life out of my wallet! I think I would really like this game if it would finally give me something! I'm going to try the game at another casino. When I first tried Clue, I played at the Rio and spent quite a bit and got nothing each time I played it. Moved over to the Palms to play Clue and have had nothing but fun and success on that game. I'm hoping Super Team will show me some love at a different property..

Clue at the rio sucked me dry as well... Went to Mohegan sun this last weekend and my girlfriend hit 3,140 dollars on the kitchen bonus at max bet.... As far as super team I have had nothing but fun. I have gone to red rock several times just to play. I found if you bet between .40-.80 you have more luck then higher bets. I was up 160 bucks and then went to play the horrible piece of crap that is Aladdin. Going back tonight to red rock to play again.

Hey Shamus, I sent support another email asking why my trophies and hero points are not on this site even though they see them in the 'system'. No answer. I am not confident that when I get back to a casino next week that my hero points will be correct and that I can play slotropolis. Can you explain why they don't appear here? Thank you. Louise

The Clue games at the Palms are where I have won consistently.. Like you, the Rio sucked every last dime out of my wallet when it came to Clue. And Super team is a game I want to love but it refuses to show me any love.. Good luck at Red Rock!
