I've been having problems with unlocks, too. A couple of days ago I completed level 3 and unlocked (just!) the Library until 7/22, but now all three levels are back to "Complete the level to unlock X room(s) for 15 day(s)".

I emailed support this morning about it.

Yeah i email customer support last week about it, then Shamus asked me to email him last week about the problem, still haven't gotten any word on the situation. Let me know if you hear anything.

I have a feeling this is not a simple or isolated issue. I will followup again next week. However, I had difficulty with unlocking levels -- but I assumed it was because I unlocked on Player's Life, but played at Harrah's.

Played a lot at Caesars Palace LV Saturday. The game was a little slow in the morning, but the afternoon it was sizzling.

I was getting pretty good payouts for the Ballroom bonus playing at the $2 level. Playing with others who had won some nice payouts and were dedicated to playing to solve the murder. It helped a lot that we were getting the "Lights out" and the "Make time for wilds" random bonuses frequently. One guy playing max at $4 got a library bonus round that went a long time as he got the extra picks and 3 other rooms during his bonus, he got just under $1200 for that library bonus round.

Later it got exciting as 4 of us who had been playing for a while had it down to the person, weapon, and room so it was who got the first chance to solve the murder. I got the library bonus first and wouldn't you know it, I picked a book to the kitchen bonus, it went on and on before I got the combo of the 5 knives/poison, then I picked the correct cleaver twice which retriggers the kitchen bonus. So by the time I was almost done with the library bonus the guy next to me solved the murder for $187. I was very happy for him as I had won $400 in the library bonus. Everyone playing was cheering for everyone else as we were all earning money.

I played Clue at Rincon when nothing was hitting, no random bonuses and small payouts for room bonuses. Not fun at all.

raisin7; Its a LOT of fun when Clue is giving out lots of bonuses and everybody is getting them, not just one person. That was my experience at one casino; My experience at a different casino was just the opposite.. no bonuses for anybody.. I tried there several different times to the same result.

I had my first chance to play Clue at the Hard Rock Tampa last night what a fun game! However the payouts seemed a bit low...but it kept me playing for hours, and was exciting!!! Lots of bonuses for myself, and the other players!

Still no word from support.

I did level 1 again on the minigame, was told I'd unlocked the Billiard Room, had it showing "play for fun but you won't unlock any more" (but, unlike the "7/22" time, no details of what I'd unlocked) for a while, but now it's back to "complete the level to unlock 1 room(s) for 15 day(s)"

I'm flying out tomorrow, so I guess it's probably too late now. Ah well, maybe next time

Had some fun on Clue at harrahs ac on Friday. Got caught up in trying to solve when there were only two rooms to guess. I got a guess and picked wrong. Now three of us were playing I was betting 1.20/2.00. The others were betting .40 and .80. Another max better sat down. I went to max and built my credits to $200. Well for the next 40 minutes no one got a bonus. I went through my credits and $100 and needed to drop my bet to $2 since I was running out of money. Finally got a bonus with the mag. Glass and solved. Ended up even lol. On sat morn at Caesars ac. I played again. I went to the library and on my last pick I got the billiard room. Never did well on this. Playing 1.20 I got 12 balls for the super spin. That resulted in a $517 hit. Wow. I would put a pict up if someone tells me how to do it. In the afternoon went back and had fun again. Lots of lights outs. Had a nice $132 hit in the ballroom. Sun morning couldn't hit a thing. I really enjoy this game. I did miss picking a $480 musician in the conservatory though. Drat. Louise

I played at Harras ringcon in Sandiego CA for the THird Time betting min. .40ct couldnt trigger any thing lost 40 dlrs again, other players were betting 400max and they were getting bonuses, as soon as i left the slot machine the next person bet max and got abonus,he won 176dlrs what luck or does this clue game require you to bet max to trigger a bonus ,seems to be for HIGH Rollers.
