On my recently concluded trip to Vegas (2nd one in March /site_media/images/emoticons/smile), I managed to solve the murder when there were many choices left. There were 3 suspects, 4 weapons, and 6 rooms. It was a 1 in 72 chance of solving it!! Too bad there were no other players there to impress.

Hi rayd:

Yeah ... but you impressed us. So ... when you solve the mystery ... you win one of the progressives ... correct? How many progressives are there? Which one did you win? Do you know the starting values of the progressives?

Thank you. As mentioned by a later post, it was the solve the murder progressive which gets reset to $100 when the murder is solved. Since I solved it early, it was worth around $150.

the Shamus,

I can answer this for you. I saw 2 progressives on the game. The top one is won for getting 5 progressive symbols on the first payline. The second one is won for solving the mysery. I saw this second one reset to $100 at the casino I played in, so I assume it is the same elsewhere. When you look at Rayd's trophies, you will see 2 detective trophies, so there were at least 2 solve the mystery progressives won. Has anyone else here solved the mystery more than twice, yet?

Oh, someone's been checking out my profile! Yeah, as the record shows, I've solved it twice. So now I'm playing the part of Professor Plum.

I''m still trying to solve the mystery of getting my luggage packed!/site_media/images/emoticons/smile Lucky I've still got a couple of days to figure it out.

DW

Sorry I can't help you with your luggage. If there's a trophy available for luggage packing, I might give it a shot. /site_media/images/emoticons/big grin

Maybe in stead of the progressive getting higher. It should start out high and dwindle down as it becomes easier to solve. Your skills are def worth a handpay!

Thanks btvend! /site_media/images/emoticons/blushing It was quite exciting to solve it so early in the new round. For this game, it's more luck than skill.

skill?

Solving it is a crap shoot... No CSI required....

The game is pretty darn fun if you are able to get a bonus. So far i really like the library bonus and got the 10 extra picks and also got the billard bonus in one of the picks!! The dining room is tricky because it is really easy to poision people.

Hi jbaillargeon86:

I agree with you ... I had my first play on it yesterday. What a fantastic design!

I got to play yesterday, too!! I's great. I'm moving from Aria to Flamingo in about an hour and will be able to get a lot more play the next four days (if I can get on the game). It is very popular so far! Imagine that!!

It was just activated at Harrahs Rincon(North San Diego county) Tuesday evening. Wow was I amazed at the high scores at this casino list shown on the big screen. In less than 24 hours it appeared many people playing at Rincon had won over $1,000 or in the mid to high hundreds. However I then saw my player's life name up there for the library bonus at $533. That's what I won at Caesars Palace LV, I didn't win butkis on CLUE at Rincon. Just a software glitch I suppose, wouldn't be to make you think this game at Rincon is paying off like crazy.

It was fun to play, but it was very stingy with the bonuses at Rincon.
