Capitalized terms used in this Code of Conduct without definition have the meanings given in the Terms of Use Agreement, into which this Code of Conduct is wholly incorporated.

Posting of User Materials. Service Provider may delete any User Materials that in the sole judgment of Service Provider violate this Agreement or which may be offensive, illegal, violate the rights of, harm, or threaten the safety of any person. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Service Provider assumes no responsibility for monitoring the Services for inappropriate User Materials or conduct, even if it chooses to conduct such monitoring from time to time. Service Provider has no obligation to modify or remove any inappropriate User Materials, and no responsibility for the conduct of the user submitting any such materials. Service Provider makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the User Materials or to the accuracy and reliability of such materials or information that you transmit or access through the Services.

Service Provider may in its sole discretion monitor, filter, and prescreen User Materials, and Service Provider reserves the right, in its sole discretion, but not obligation, to reject, refuse to post or remove any User Materials posted by you, or to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the Services at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice, and without liability.

Materials and Activity Prohibited. The following is a partial list of the kind of material/activity that is prohibited on or through the Services. Service Provider reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, as determined in Service Provider’s sole discretion, violates any applicable law, rules, regulations, this Code of Conduct, the Copyright Policy or the Terms of Use Agreement including without limitation, removing the offending communication from the Services and terminating access to all or part of the Services. Prohibited material/activity includes, but is not limited to material/activity that, as determined in Service Provider’s sole discretion:

Service Provider reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who Service Provider determines, in its sole discretion, to have violated this Code of Conduct, including without limitation, by reporting you to law enforcement authorities.

No Commercial Use by Users. Except when expressly permitted by Service Provider in each specific instance, the Services may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors of its users. Illegal and/or unauthorized use of the Services, including unauthorized framing of or linking to the Services, is prohibited. Commercial advertisements, unauthorized links, and other forms of solicitation may be removed without notice and may result in termination of membership and/or use privileges. Appropriate legal action will be taken for any illegal or unauthorized use of the Services.

Reporting Abuse. If you believe that someone is violating these standards, use the reporting tool provided through the Services or contact Service Provider at support@playerslife.com and provide all relevant details. Please provide as much detail as possible, including a copy of the underlying User Materials, the location where Service Provider may find the materials, and the reason such materials should be removed. Please note that filing a complaint will not guarantee removal of any materials. We will remove User Materials only if we believe the measure is necessary, in our sole discretion. To the extent any notice is based on an alleged copyright violation, please follow the instructions set forth in the Copyright Policy. Although Service Provider may attempt to monitor User Materials, in no event does Service Provider assume any particular obligation to do so or liability for failing to either monitor any Community Feature or remove specific User Materials.
